Good times Bad times Led Zeppelin is up there as well.
Good subject.
The cowbell here is in there, but it’s barely discernible. And I love the Beatles, and Ringo’s drumming. He’s a great song drummer.
For me, the award goes to Mississippi Queen. Really stands out, sets the tone. I hear that cowbell, and I immediately jam the volume control. MQ is just a perfect blues rock song, start to finish.
Runner up goes to Honky Tonk Women. It’s just that, for me, MQ is a better song.
UH UH, beatles hard days night is second place to the Stones Honkey Tonk Woman
I’ll have to listen to decide, but
Honkey Tonk Women comes to mind as competition.
Could use more
(I might get banned for this one, but it has a Big Cowbell opening, and then More Cowbell between 1:30-2:30 of 3:39 minutes. sorry about the lyrics/title.)

My vote is for “Hair of the Dog” by Nazareth, although I do like the rattling cowbell in Hugh Masakela’s “Grazing In the Grass”
I’ll put 500 on Honky Tonk Woman.

That 12-string George is playing though... What glorious noise!
Two options for best cowbell: Mississippi Queen by Mountain and Take a Pebble by ELP.
