Greatest cowbell in modern rock history, by Ringo Starr.
+1 Good Times Bad Times. I think it is some of Bonham’s best work.
“ Nazareth , Hair of the Dog.”
How about, “We’re an American Band?”
Not their style at all.
Adams did well by it, though.
You should go to an outside festival type BOC show.
So many idiots clanging cowbells, you want to throat punch them.
I have to assume they’d never even heard of BOC before SNL.
I’ll have to listen to decide, but
Honkey Tonk Women comes to mind as competition.
Could use more
(I might get banned for this one, but it has a Big Cowbell opening, and then More Cowbell between 1:30-2:30 of 3:39 minutes. sorry about the lyrics/title.)

Cowbells were used musically for centuries before the Beatles
Poor Poor Pitiful Me——Linda Ronstadt
Best Skit Ever. How I love it!!
That’s a classic.
Rick Beato’s - The 20 best electric guitar opening riffs.
No 1 is at 13:55
...and it’s only 1 chord.

Rick’s videos are the best, been binge watching them for the past few weeks.
We’re an American Band by Grand Funk. Don Brewer on drums. Cuts through the song.
Yes! Beat me to it...
Yep, RB’s videos are quite entertaining and provides mucho insight into the music, technology and people.
It’s really disappointing to hear about the “stars” who forbid the use of even a smidgen of their videos to be used for educational purposes.
As an entrepreneur whose business interfaces with the music industry, lots of REALLY interesting stuff I find absolutely fascinating.
