Do wives of presidents automatically get security clearance? Siblings of presidents? Children? Grandchildren? Sons and daughters-in-law? Do they go through any type of security clearance background check?

If there a security clearance investigation of the president elect done pro forma, with the results filed somewhere, even though there is nothing that can or will be done with any actionable information?
