“Next year we will all gather and fill Times Square,” Chief of Department Terence Monahan told reporters Wednesday. “This year, don’t even attempt to come and watch it.”...
[BUT] ...First responders and other essential workers will be allowed to watch the ball drop from a private spot...

Well they really dropped the ball.
To: blueplum
I’m betting that they’ll put a dopey mask prop on the ball.

The whole “Ball Drop” thing is stupid in the first place !!

“Dang, I was all juiced to stand out in the cold for 8 hours without a bathroom break, just to see some stupid ball”!
I never understood the appeal, either.

I would not visit NYC for less than $1,000,000, and even then would have stipulations............

I hope 2021 doesn’t have us wishing for the good old days of 2020. The inflation in 2021 will resemble 1976. :-(

It’s all about CONTROL! Always has been, always will be.
All of it.

Screw De Blasio. Screw the NYPD. Mobs of New Yorkers need to just flood into Times Square.

Always has been, always will be. All of it.
Unless and until we tell them where to shove their control, we will be captives.

I don’t think so. My fear is 2021 will be worse.
Even if Trump was clearly re-elected, I’d be afraid. Rioting will continue, trying to continue the revolution, and most will probably still continue to cower before COVID.

That would actually be pretty funny.
Meanwhile, just paint BLM or anti-panties on yourself and they’ll make a way for you.
