She is guilty of course, but its a twisted legal pretzel abortion has made of legal rights.

Women have a right to abortion, but if they take meth and it kills the child they are guilty of murder.

Methadrine overdose - a wicked way to die. For anybody, worse for an infant in utero.

Practicing without a license will not be tolerated.

But it lists circumstances that would bar prosecution, including legal abortion, medical intervention to save the woman’s life, or any act that was “solicited, aided, abetted or consented to by the mother of the fetus.”

The way I read the "exceptions", it would depend upon whether she did the meth with the intent to kill the fetus (that's "legal"); or if she accidentally/recklessly killed it without intending to by taking the meth (that's "illegal").

By the same logic, it's legal for her to 'solicit' and 'consent to' her baby daddy kicking her in the belly to intentionally kill it; but it's murder if he does so without 'her consent'!?! Either way, it is methed up legislation.

Come on man, she was just aborting the child. (waiting for that to be raised as her defense)

How do you murder an unviable tissue mass? Is that not already settled law by the Gutless Court of Supreme Whim?

So, if she drives drunk on her way to the abortionist, has a wreck and kills the baby, can she be prosecuted for killing the baby?
If she is driving to an abortionist and a driver runs a red light and kills the baby, can he be prosecuted for killing the baby.
The “right to chose” allows her to get away with murder, but the other driver WILL be prosecuted—insanity.

If this woman can even be charged with murder, doesn’t that necessarily imply that the victim is a human being with the right to not be murdered?
