If this woman can even be charged with murder, doesn’t that necessarily imply that the victim is a human being with the right to not be murdered?
In a normal world, yes, but given the trimester argument surrounding when abortion is legal, I’m guessing that she’s being charged because the child could have survived outside the womb.
