Im spending christmas at the hospital. Theyre admitting me today. I dont want to say why because I'd rather keep my medical issues private.
Never spent christmas day laid up in the hospital before in my life. Thats something I saw happening before only in fictional tv sitcoms.

24 years ago I spent New Year’s Eve through the sixth of Jan. I really needed to be there. Didn’t like it but was glad to be well taken care of

My wife spent the night in the hospital after being admitted to the ER.
The hospital room was better than many hotels I’ve been in and the food was quite good, amazingly.

Prayers for you, hope it is nothing too serious!
My son had to have emergency surgery over Christmas and they took extra special care, decorated the room, etc., brought him treats, but I know it isn’t the same as being at home.
Well, pretend you’re in a sitcom and save up funny stories for us.

Before the China virus entertainers and volunteers would come into the hospital around Christmas time and perform and give out toys to the kids.
That’s likely all stopped. The food should be pretty good though
