British supermodel Stella Tennant died suddenly at the age of 50 on Tuesday.
“It is with great sadness we announce the sudden death of Stella Tennant on 22nd December 2020,” her family said in a statement to The Sun. “Stella was a wonderful woman and an inspiration to us all. She will be greatly missed.”
Continued the statement, “Her family ask for their privacy to be respected. Arrangements for a memorial service will be announced at a later date.” The Scottish-born beauty hailed from an aristocratic family; her grandmother was The Hon. Deborah Mitford, the youngest of the famous Mitford sisters.

According to wiki she got a septum pierce which first got her work in the early 90s. Never understood that for attractive women. And far too many people I see with those are cokeheads.
I knew a supermodel once. Her aunt and my wife were/are good friends, which is how I got to know her. You would never give her a second glance if she was walking down the street. Just tall and skinny, but not particularly attractive without the makeup. But she was on the runways in London and Paris. I guess they just have to have a certain unique look, she was picked out and started professional modeling when she was 15 or 16. Actually a very nice person, very unpretentious and not stuck up at all. Now she’s married to some rich French guy and they have a chateau near Paris.
Judging from her modeling photos, she could portray EVERY student in The Breakfast Club.

She was not unattractive. Just too typically British.

Fashion models must be predominately chosen by homosexual "guys". The word "men" isn't allowed in polite company anymore.
There are _a few_ photos of her where she has longer, just-shoulder-length hair and even smiles. She looks her best in those, IMO. Very sorry to hear she died so young.

I think British beauty is like British cooking.
I never found her remotely attractive and couldn’t see how she got work as a model.
