I was chronically depressed, for 20 years. When my husband got fibromyalgia, I really starting researching solutions, as the medical community were completely inept. I found a study out of London, that showed FM was a symptom of chronic magnesium deficiency. So, I started him on high doses and boom...FM is gone. I started taking it at the same time and I never looked back on depression. That was 13+ years ago. You need to take 600-800mg/DAY split in 200 mg increments. Each capsule or tablet is about 100 mg.
You should avoid any form with Oxide in it as it’s very unabsorbable. The best forms are glycinate and malate.
