How about Magnesium Citrate?
So...magnesium binds to certain elements that are on a spectrum of availability. The worst being oxide, the best being glycinate. The middle of the road is citrate. In answer to your question, yes, it works, just not as effective as others. I would not waste anything you have and if you like it, keep taking it. But, I would supplement your supplement :) Take glycinate and malate, along with the citrate. Another great form is mag oil which you spray on and rub in.
We lose huge amounts of magnesium when we’re stressed (and we’re all stressed, all the time). The very first thing your body does when stressed, is dump your mag as it’s preparing you for fight or flight.
So, you spent years becoming deficient. It can take a while to build your stores back up but start high and stay there consistently.
what some here want you to believe is that you MUST take drugs to solve depression. That is a lie. The mainstream medical community is controlled by big pharma and they’re all about drugging you. God made you fully capable of restoring your own health by providing your body what it needs by His design.
Trust that you can do this and balance yourself without drugs.
“How about Magnesium Citrate?”
best to do a fully reacted chelated magnesium, like mag taurine or mag glycine, to promote better absorption and avoid the runs ...
That one cleans you out well.
