Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

The January 6 rally - I am concerned that the Mayor (who hates Trump along with everyone else in DC) will announce a total COVID lockdown before January 6.That means there will be no take-out for food, drink or restroom facilities. She may even block off roads, cancel public transportation, etc. so that patriots have an even more difficult time getting to the Capitol. Wonder if President Trump can use the Insurrection Act just for DC for before, during and after the rally.

I downloaded the app and began configuration.
It requires a /cellphone/ number so a texted code can be received for verification.

Ultimately, the IT folks did away with it because it violated the security requirements of the isolated network that we use to run the power grid. Basically, the network for the energy management system shall not communicate with corporate except through a very well-controlled path across multiple DMZ’s.

POTUS doesn’t have to use the insurrection act to protect DC. He is the authority there-similar to the Governor of a State is the way I understand it.
All the extra forces he brought in before when Atifa/BLM were going to cause chaos—he did not use insurrection act as far as I know.
