We need to blanket our Senators with the message that they should object to the fraudulent election
My brain | 12/18/20 | wildbill vanity

Posted on 12/18/2020 12:49:18 PM PST by wildbill

The Constitution provides for a remedy in case there is any suspicion of fraud in a Presidential election. A single Senator can object to the seating of electors as valid and the election will be thrown to the States.

There are signs that Sen Majority Leader McConnell is willing to suppress the votes of Senators against the election. No doubt they are pushing the line that changing the election outcome now would let loose Antifa and BLM, the dogs of war of the Dem. Party and the MSM. Not to worry--they are domiciled in blue states so let them loose among the corrupt cities.

We need to shame the Senators of our states to do their patriotic duty if they believe the election was rigged. Send letters, faxes and phone calls to your Senators. Flood them with our righteous anger. DO SOMETHING

I wrote to my two swampy FL senators yesterday.

I agree, we need to bury these gutless jellyfish in calls and letters. They need to fear us more than the antifa vermin.

Can someone fill us in, as to what happens, if there is an objection?

I read a news article that said that if there are objections, then House and Senate adjourn to their chambers to debate, then return later for a vote. Do we know, at that point, does the parliamentarian instruct the clerk to call the roll, and we have a roll call vote on such point of order? And then a majority vote of Congress officially accepts the electoral votes?

Yes, we do, but it won't do any good other than as a symbolic gesture.

The House will have to vote to reject any state's slate of Electors, and there's no way on God's Green Earth that they will vote to nullify Biden Electors.

All of us need to call the Republican representatives and senators for our states and demand they not accept the Biden electors.

Call one of the state offices for easiest access. Spread the word. They’re already seeing the call volume. Ramp it up!

The fix is in. Rubio and Scott aren’t going to object to squat.

Can someone fill us in, as to what happens, if there is an objection?

One Representative and one Senator need to file an objection in writing to a state's slate of Electors. Then each body will meet separately to debate the merits of the objection. Then each body will take a vote to either accept or reject the slate of Electors and count their votes.

Both houses must vote to reject the slate of Electors. If either house votes to accept the Electors, the Electoral votes are counted.

This is repeated for every state, and each objection must be made separately for each state.

I just called senators Cruz and. Cornyn today.

I explained that when I lived in Ohio in 2004 the results for Ohio were challenged on the floor to try to give Kerry the win.

The media approved of this challenge. House and Senate members challenged the Ohio results and Vice President Cheney approved a two hour debate in Congress on the results.

There was far less evidence of fraud in this case than in the current cases. At that time the radical left said that Diebold machines were used to turn the election for Bush/Cheney.

So the double standards here are profound.

Yes I'm afraid not. My next message to them will be short and sweet: if they do not grow balls stand up NOW, I will NOT support them when they are seeking reelection. I will support a primary challenger and failing that, will not support them in the general election.

Because at this point, nothing beyond this current catastrophe matters. And numbly going along with this "lesser of two evils" support of swampy neocons is what got us into this disaster in the first place. I won't do it again.

Be sure to emphasize that it is cowardice to sacrifice the long term to avoid short term strife. And cowards are traitors.

I just called Ted Cruz’s office and was told he hasn’t made up his mind yet. That just means that he is waiting to see if something will happen to provide cover for doing nothing. I hope all Texans call Cruz’s office and encourage him to object to the electors. Don’t bother with Cornyn because he is a sock puppet for McConnell.

I am re-posting this list I compiled of all the R Congresscritters. Hope it helps in this effort.

It was too difficult to find good email addresses as nearly all use those boxes on their webpages. I spent a LOT of time compiling this list. I left off a couple of RINOS that you'd be wasting your time contacting. I may have inadvertently left off a couple of names due to formatting challenges.

Could there be a strategy here with the congress critters?

OK, first, the Trump electors in six or so states went against the grain and voted for Trump, even though their states popular vote was for Biden and the certified electors were for Biden. There was no forehand warning to anyone that these state’s Trump electors would do this. And for good reason. If this went out they would be burned by the MSM, the RINO’s and targeted by the radicals. They just did it when the time came.

I say the same applies here. Many will be willing to stand up for Trump WHEN THE TIME COMES. Why should they announce their plans ahead of time? The media would have a field day. China Mitch would have a heart attack.

We need to have faith, when the time comes it will be clear which good senators and reps will stand up not for Trump, but for election integrity and the security of the United States. And by doing their job, Trump will get his much deserved second term.

I think many know their careers are toast if they do not. It’s common sense.

Done. Cornyn probably has too much China in his closet. At least Cruz is doing something.

Stick a fork in it. There is nothing that will be done unless something extraordinary happens. This government has not done anything extraordinary since 1790.
