In discussing @realDonaldTrump in phone conversation in 8/19, Justice John Roberts stated that he would make sure “the mother blanker would never be re-elected.”
Roberts engaged in phone conversations with Justice Stephen Breyer discussing how to work to get Trump voted out.

This tweet shows what I believe to be a member of the Texas legislature testifying that a staffer overheard (through the walls) while the SCOTUS was discussing taking up the Texas vs. PA case.
When the conservative Justices argued that they had precedent to take the case with Bush vs. Gore. Roberts screamed something like....”I don’t give a f%$#@ about Bush vs. Gore. We didn’t have riots at the time”
What we have learned is that the Supreme Court is too scared to enact Justice and the law.
They need to be impeached.

IF true, and it’s still an ‘IF’ at this point, would this cause Roberts to resign? OR would he stay on knowing nothing would happen to him?

I thought SC judges were supposed to be impartial. Roberts has to go.

I just read this on Lin’s twitter feed. First thing that came to my mind is what great timing this is. A number of cases on the SC docket, and a little “encouragement” to do the right thing might be in order. Bravo, Lin. We all saw a “John Roberts” on the Epstein flight lists.....and the Fox reporter says it’s not him. How many other prominent John Roberts’ are there?
