Any time a liberal candidate is elected to become President of the United States, gun rights and regulations take center stage. Historically, gun sales have surged in the two months between a Democratic presidential nomination and inauguration. And that’s precisely what we’re seeing right now.
A Quick Primer on the Second Amendment
Whenever gun laws and regulations become a key topic of conversation, it’s important to push past the filler and focus on the meat. In other words, start with the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights and what it says:
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
That’s it -- nothing more and certainly nothing less. It’s 27 simple words, passed by Congress in 1789, ratified in 1791, and held as law for nearly two and a half centuries.
First off, the right to bear arms is an insurance policy against a government that could potentially become too onerous. And as the American government continues to grow and tighten its grip on its citizens, having the means to overthrow the government (if necessary) is more important and relevant than ever before. (Nobody is saying it’ll ever come to this, but having this option is something that’s integral to protecting the rights of the citizenry.)
Secondly, the right to bear arms gives citizens personal protection against domestic enemies. In the early days of this country, there was no state or national police force -- particularly in rural areas. Instead, wanted criminals had bounties placed on their names and armed citizens were expected to capture them. Armed citizens were also expected to protect their own homes (and help protect their neighbors in times of need).

The 2nd Amendment is among those God given rights that can never ever be given to or taken away from the citizenry.
The question I have is anything bought recently going to be easily viewable by the ATF for immediate low fruit confiscation?
It has been said that the 4473 has been recently reformated so the serial number of the weapon with description is now on the same page of the 4473 with the purchaser’s name, address, and social security number so that the ATF can conveniently Xerox or snap shot pic images for reference even though it is currently illegal for them to do so(as if they gave a rat’s rear end).
Well I’m just a daydream believer I reckon. I’ll say it again. Biden will never be President.

Yes, for now. Biden wants to end that immediately, too. EO mandating Mandatory Background Checks. Legal? No, but so what?
So swap lots of weapons with faily and friends. Get 7 change of owners on every weapon. Lose the trail. Make it too costly to trace. Forget who you sold it to. Don’t use receipts. Do it now, while you still can.
Plenty of people saw this day coming and don’t need to do anything. You don’t have to be a weatherman to know which way the garbage dump smell is coming from.
To answer the question in the title, well be forced to use them.
We have the guns, and they stole the election.
What have we done to stop it?
Nothing.
There won’t be a Biden presidency.
My take on it is that if we have to talk about trying to hide or lie about our ability to defend ourselves as an enumerated right of survival then we are making excuses to “ fit in “ with the already established enemy we are in need of defending ourselves from.
For Years and years we have back stepped, given ground, lost the Constitutional ability to right wrongs and now have violent organized brown shirts terrorizing our streets, threatening the population, the judicial system etc.
When is the line drawn in the sand, yesterday, today, tomorrow ??

When your local gun nut is shot along with his whole family, the house and others around him burned to the ground as an example, what will you do?
And the cops and military will follow orders. The will kill you and everyone you care about.

People like to say “out of my cold dead hand”, but I seriously doubt Americans will fire on the police when they come for our guns. Look, we just saw an election brazenly stolen and there has been barely a whimper as the republic is overthrown. The cops will go “Boston Strong” as they enforce the anti constitutional gun grab and people, for the most part, will roll over.
Lord, hear our prayer!
One can only lose what one is willing to surrender.
When they pay dearly enough for trying to take peoples’ guns, they’ll quickly run out of volunteers.

The whole idea of the Second Amendment is to enable citizens to fight a tyrannical government. In the event of a big confiscation effort, I think using rather than hiding these things is a better idea. Otherwise, what is the point?
