Each package includes two seal flippers, cleaned and vacuum sealed in South Dildo. (Ryan Cooke/CBC) Each package comes with two cleaned and vacuum sealed flippers from the Carino Seal Plant in South Dildo. Shears said donations will go toward Sharing the Harvest.

Dildo is a community on the island of Newfoundland, in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. It is located on the southeastern Dildo Arm of Trinity Bay about (37 mi) west of St. John's. South Dildo is a neighboring community of 250 residents. The town's unusual name has brought it a certain amount of notoriety.

Yes, there is a South Dildo (I checked). It’s south of the village of Dildo.

I didn’t see a North Dildo. There is a Dildo Boathouse Hotel, though, if you want to stay there.

My mom is from Newfoundland. She met my dad who was USAF when he was stationed there in the early 60s when we still had a base there. I actually have a cousin who lives in Dildo! Someone asked about recipes for Seal Flipper... I’ve only seen it served in a pie. Never actually tried it myself though.
