Just bring the case that the election went on too long. Think on this: in a prior case, Foster v. Love, 522 U.S. 67 (1997), SCOTUS ruled 9-0 a federal Election Day Is One Single Day. In other words all ballots received after 11/3 midnight cannot be counted.
If that is the law, then DJT won a landslide popular vote of over 80 m and the 2nd largest Electoral vote.
