UPDATE: 21 States Now Support Texas SCOTUS Lawsuit, 42% of America to Sue 8% of America
National File ^

Posted on 12/10/2020 3:44:35 PM PST by E. Pluribus Unum

With today’s additions of Wyoming and Ohio, a total of 21 states – including Texas – are signed on or seek to be signed on to the Supreme Court lawsuit challenging the elections in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

Since Texas filed the suit, over 20 states have joined or expressed an interest in joining. As it now stands, the following states are seeking a Supreme Court remedy to the November 3 election: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio, West Virginia, and Florida.20+ states (red) seek to sue four battleground states (blue)

Late last night in Idaho, the Republican Party overruled the state’s Attorney General, also a Republican, to file an amicus brief seeking to participate in the lawsuit, as Media Right News reported.

Wyoming announced its likely participation in the lawsuit this morning, with the state’s lawmakers sending a letter to the governor that requests the state’s Attorney General to participate in the lawsuit.

Lawmakers in Wyoming have indicated their official participation is forthcoming, with Wyoming Sen. Bo Biteman writing “The Governor responded to my email within minutes and has asked the Attorney General to look into the matter. Stay tuned!”

Thanks to AG Daniel Cameron, Kentucky is definitely one of the states so I’m not sure why it isn’t included atleast visually in that map.

Complicated.
Please simplify: does President Trump get four more years or not?

>> Should as in the list is inaccurate, or should as Iowa should get itself in gear?

According to Slyfox, the latter.

Yes, Iowa should be on the list. But we are not going to be. I wrote an email to AG Tom Miller a couple of days ago and this is the response I got:

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

We have received several calls and emails about this lawsuit, and we have shared them with Attorney General Miller and others in our office.

Our office does not plan to join the Texas lawsuit because the elections were fairly and safely conducted by election officials of both parties. Attorney General Miller continues to have faith in the integrity of the U.S. election.

SC has signed on. Kentucky Gov Beshear blocked KY AG from signing on.

was the cheating worth is, you ask,

they don’t see it that way. Cheating is in the very fibre of their being. It wasn’t just about this time or any other specific time - cheating is their standard way of lifeand it’s fully acceptible to their spouses, family, friends.

Hillary thought nothing of Bill cheating and she was fully on board with cheating and wrong-doing to try to get herself into the presidency. Joe cheats feeling up women and children, kamala cheats, obama cheats/lies/bribes/sells his soul, Pelosi steals/bribes/cheats for her power, they all do it.

Yes they will cheat next time because whether it seems worth it or not, it’s habitual junkie mentality = they need a bigger fix.

I do think the corrupt PA court said precisely that

What is heartbreaking, though, is that they violated the Constitution when they changed the method of choosing electors without the legislature’s consent in each of these states....and that was months ago.

The harm suffered was to the Constitution itself, and to a republican form of state government....and the inevitable fallout from that was a corrupt “election”.

Sigh.

Iowa AG Tom Miller is a Democrat.

Our State Governor, Kim Reynolds, actually had to block Miller from joining the lawsuit in support of the defendants.

I'm beginning to wonder if the Dems now wish they would have just waited 3 or 4 years with DT as President and hoped whoever ran for President on the Republican side in 2024 would be a squish, instead of getting into all of this s**t now.

Oh absolutely.

But just like everything progs do, when the going gets tight they refuse to think it through and do stupid things that come back on them.

I actually think this was a mistake--in that they did not mean for this to happen.

I think they were using an algorithm based on stock market trading, called VWAP.

Once Trump accrued the lead he had, and combined with the amount of time left in the vote, the cheat algorithm added ("purchased") the required number of votes to give Biden the win by the margin they had entered into the algorithm that they desired.

The landslide triggered the algorithm into an act that was not foreseen, and statistically impossible, however they felt they had to go through with it or admit the cheat was on.

I think the Dems were as surprised by this as anyone else--not the outcome, but the path by which it was accomplished.

That’s only if there is no majority of electors when the EC votes. The House votes by state, one vote per state, with 27 House delegations dominated by Republicans.

The Texas suit challenges the results of the elections in states that violated the Constitution. If those elections are tossed, then t is up to the state legislatures to select electors or to punt. We need them to select electors for Trump, otherwise Biden still has a majority of the appointed electors (if the SCOTUS “de-appoints” the Biden slates). There is still plenty of monkey business that can occur, intimidation of state legislators, rogue Reps, challenges to electors, etc. The chaos is far from over.

That sounds like the stock market circuit breakers, when trading gets stopped. And...the voting got stopped.

We wouldn’t necessarily need those state legislatures to vote for Trump. Since removing those four states from Biden’s total would drop him below 270, it would become a contingent election and the house would vote, one vote per state for POTUS, and the Senate would vote for VPOTUS, one vote per Senator.
