If the states of GA, WI, PA, and WI claim pandemic defense in what will be the most important SCOTUS hearing..
TOPICS:
KEYWORDS: scotus
How will they explain that the 1918 election took place with the most devastating pandemic in the 20th century-Spanish flu. Yet they had to do what they did during this election season. How will they explain that in front of the supreme court..that is, if the SCOTUS takes the case. If they dont, look OUT!

Someone already said there is no pandemic exception in the Constitution.

Someone already said there is no pandemic exception in the Constitution. I can't find one either, but John Roberts did when he ruled the Bill of Rights doesn't apply during the pandemic by ruling that California can throw out the 1st Amendment part and restrict the number of people who can go to church.

The recent ruling sent 5-4 against Roberts.

The recent ruling sent 5-4 against Roberts. So, more than 50 people can now go to church at the same time in California? Good news if so.

What happens if this all is successful, and the election is sent back to the state legislatures, and they vote for Pence for president?
Could that happen?

The states being sued were supposed to have turned in their response today. I took a quick look at Georgia's response and it essentially looks like they are claiming : Oh no we didn't! . (Change the law Unconstitutionally ).
I'm much more familiar with the Pennsylvania side since Mark Levin has been going into detail over that.
