Is there a post or an article that concludes Trump probably won the popular vote except for fraud ?

There is a saying for people who are considering big crimes (e.g. bank robbery): Do it big, and do it once. The bad guys did it B-I-G. Common sense screams that 2016 was no different than 2020. Democrats were not too concerned about having pathetic prop candidates in either election. I agree. Add in what was discovered with the cheating in California in 2018 and it's clear that the Democrats were seething with anger in 2016 because they hadn't cheated enough to overcome the huge voting support for candidate Trump.
Every last criminal in this attack on the Republic needs to be hunted down and brought to face justice, even if it takes decades. The financial cost of such pursuits and investigations needs to be paid for by the conspirators, including those in foreign countries.
