Yep. State legislatures (partly but not fully) and Congress (fully) have plenary unreviewable power to choose the POTUS.

This is at its heart an equal protection case. Even though the people in Texas were able to vote, their votes were diluted because Georgia and the other states did not follow the rules. And you should immediately disregard anyone, lawyer or not, who says SCOTUS would have to make a ruling to give the election to Trump. That is the one thing they can't do.
That’s all most Americans ever wanted; a fair and HONEST election.
We can handle a loss even though it would be a bitter pill to swallow. What we can’t accept is to have any election stolen like this one clearly was.
I’m 100% convinced this corruption in our elections is how obama won a second term when hardly anyone wanted him in office. The stark difference between the energy for Trump and the lack of energy for obama was obvious to anyone paying attention.
Penalties for voter fraud should be a minimum of 2 years for the first count and 1 year in prison for each following count. Mandatory so leftist judges can’t just slap the hands of these felonious criminals. Prisons could be turned into factories for something to help pay for their incarceration.

Even if we win, overturn, Trump another 4 years...unless there is massive removal of traitors and we go through the extreme conditions to save our nation. Make no mistake that part of this ‘reconstruction,’ is stopping the progressive/marxist/fascist culture that has taken root throughout our society.
We will be in the same situation come 2024. The Civil War is here, it just doesn’t look like what anyone expected. If the election is overturned it will be radically important that both the House and Senate take actions similar to what happened in the first civil war. There is significant pain and work to be done.
They are the same legislatures that have done nothing prior to or after the election to ensure that the dems didn’t steal it. They’ve been super silent all through this and shown no indication that they are rock ribbed, steel spined enough to do anything politically risky to them personally. The path of least resistance is for them to say ‘we had a vote, it was certified, all we need to do is assert that the legislature accepts that and we are good. Otherwise we’ll have riots and stuff. Let’s just accept it, how bad could Biden be?’
If I had to bet, I'd bet that they will take the case, will side with the Petitioners on the merits, and will send it back to the state legislatures. At that point, it will be in the hands of weak-kneed Republicans. Perhaps the opinion will be worded in such a way that said weak-kneed Republicans will have sufficient cover to do the right thing. Of course, I could be totally wrong about all of this.
If it is pushed back to the states electors, I bet the states, even Republican ran will pick the same democratic electors. I do not have faith in our so-called Republicans in the states. As we’ve seen in Georgia, they are more likely to rally around the state election efforts, corrupt or not.

If self-interest rules SCOTUS, then 5 of 9 conservative justices will vote with Texas or face the Demon-crats adding 5 liberals via court stacking.

They didn’t have to act. If Texas wins, they HAVE TO act. And voting to stick with obviously fake results is acting.
I leave it to the patriots in those states to do the right thing in that case.
Correct. On what basis would they choose Trump electors when the fraud allegations and mountains of evidence presented have been rejected by 50 court cases? Wouldn’t it have been better to have at least one win on the fraud question to give the legislators something to hang their hats on?
