I think that the SCOTUS is really, really pissed at the dems for their arrogance and careless dis-regard of the Constitution, states rights, and for putting SCOTUS in a corner...Either way this goes, the country is fractured beyond repair.
They are pissed, will take the case, and shove it up the dems ass...state by state.
