Like the Harvard kids said in their own league: It doesn’t matter because soon you’ll all be working for us.
Now they are saying it was supposed to be an onside kick. Sure. Problem is that it was a lousy onside kick, too.
What bothers me is that she will keep on accepting the adulation and the position, knowing that she stinks.
I cannot believe she hasn’t seen the video and realized a 15 year old from any high school football team in Texas could kick her ***.

What major conference is the University of Chicago in? Anyway, why does anyone give a damn about this story? An anti-American institution is channeling Bill Veeck, so what?
What a pud job, she only went on the field once the whole game. Since her team never scores, she won't have to kick off more than once, no extra points either.
My question is, did she shower after the game? Where?
They’re 0-8. Doesn’t matter who kicks.
But they gave up football in 1939 and it didn't come back as a varsity sport until 30 years later.
They are a Division III team and the students avoid going to the games if they can help it.
That was no onside kick. You barely tap the ball to get it to go ten yards. She whacked at it hard. Regardless, you’re right, it was a lousy kick for whatever they were doing. This was a wokeness stunt, and it bodes ill for a society attempting to better itself.
Vanderbilt is a loser team anyway. They rarely ever win against the others in their conference (SEC).
And any 15 yr old elite boys soccer team can beat the women’s Olympic world champion. And the # 150 men’s tennis player can beat the #1 woman. This is why we don’t let the boys and girls play together after 6th grade.
Division III at least has real students (no scholarships) playing unlike the fake students in FBS (Service Academies excepted).

Lol, too true. Probably makes me curmudgeon of the year, but I feel the same way about the Special Olympics. Don’t the kids who are the least handicapped always win? It’s good for these kids to have fun, but to pretend that it’s a real competition and make such a big deal out of these “olympics” is pretty silly. Sports is not about feelings. It’s about competition and winning.
So what? Colleges and universities have football to distract conservatives from their anti-American activity. The NFL sucks because of anti-American activities, however college is different?
Wrong, sports above the children’s level is about money.
Hmmm, you have a point, but to make money one usually has to win.
