This newscast shows footage of a lockdown protest in the UK. Boris Johnson has told the public the lockdown will continue until Easter. Over 100 people were arrested yesterday.
The newscasters are disturbed by the excessive level of aggression displayed by police, which contrasted starkly with law enforcement's respectful, kneeling response during BLM riots.
I saw similar footage from Wales yesterday. Prayers up for all good citizens everywhere - may God shield them and strengthen them as they go into the streets to take back their freedom.

A lot of stuff politicians get away with foisting on the people is really disturbing to me and has been for a long time.
Our constitution saves us from that nonsense. For it to get even close to that bad here we would have to first abandon the constitution. However, that’s what I see in the eyes of every face I see behind a mask.

Actually, you only need one judge to join Kagan, Breyer, Sotomayor and Roberts and the constitution will be swept away. The people won't get a vote on the death of their constitution, just the five people who put the knife into it.

I definitely agree with that. I remember someone posting an article about an RBG dissenting opinion and they basically said that the problem with it was not the position she took, but that it was based on “fairness” rather than the constitution.
And as we all know, “fairness” is a subjective term. IMO, any judge that goes by “fairness” rather than the written law should be immediately impeached.
There must be bodies everywhere.
I’m not certain the Supreme Court even matters any longer.
They can rule and make decisions till the cows come home...does anyone believe for one minute that the New Democrat Junta of Biden/Harris and the government class federal employees will follow them? At the end of the day rule is achieved at the end of a gun, and we know whose orders the federal law enforcement and the political generals want to follow.

I saw a horrible tweet of an anti-lockdown protester being arrested in London...he had lost his business to the shutdown, just wanted to give voice to his misery in an anti-lockdown demonstration....and the police were all over him. He basically collapsed, crying and rolled into a fetal position while they got his hands behind his back. The same police that took a knee and did nothing while leftist rioters tore up London a few months ago.
And yes, it is coming to us. I read that the bar owner on Staten Island who was refusing to shut down his bar received a visit from the “TLC peace officers” who were going to shut it down for him. He closed rather than have them rip up his business.
The really scary thing is that TLC means “Taxi & Limousine Commission,” and their mysterious “peace officers,” who used to just look for fake medallions, etc., are now being used in shut-down enforcement. Our mayor in Jacksonville created a special health department bicycle squad of mask enforcers and gave them powers to fine and close businesses on the spot because the sheriff wouldn’t do it. So expect more of these personal para-police forces in our future.
I don’t see any mechanism...or the requisite courage in Republican Party...to prevent them taking over. They have out-maneuvered and out-flanked the Republican Party and the Trump administration and campaign at every turn.
Mostly, they’ve acted...putting massive money and armies of local foot soldiers in the the field (in local election HQs) - while the Republicans and Trump have countered with...PR extravaganzas and court pleadings that tossed without even getting a hearing. Not very awe inspiring.

Actually, the scary thing is at least 50% of Americans WANT this.
I’m older, don’t need a lot, don’t really do a lot. I’m simply observing, and I’ll be sure to point out what happens to the lefties around me. They won’t care, and when I tell them, I will be the problem.
All these brutally draconian measures are being set on the public as the epidemic there is actually on a downward curve, following a natural law seen in prior new pandemics as the population gains immunity except for unfortunate vulnerables
