Attorney Sidney Powell filed a 104-page lawsuit in Georgia alleging massive voter fraud in the 2020 election.
Sidney Powell’s lawsuit contained allegations of numerous irregularities, anomalies, old fashioned “ballot stuffing,” violations of Georgia’s Election Code, unlawful audit procedures and use of voting machines to manipulate votes.
Many witnesses testified they saw ballots marked for President Trump being put into Joe Biden piles and pre-printed “pristine” ballots that went 100% for Joe Biden.
One affiant testified they saw “counterfeit” ballots with darker colored watermarks that went 100% to Joe Biden.

Thank you, I was close. However, I don’t understand why an affidavit duly witnessed signed and Notarized and the content is about what they personally observed would be hearsay. Sure, if they heard it from someone else, obviously hearsay. You probably know better - I’m going by personal experience that has nothing to with this lawsuit.
A prosecutor rarely announces his evidence to the public - I don’t see why everyone is expecting Team Trump to show their cards.
Criminals will often compound their crime in order to avoid conviction. Some examples: witness tampering, bribery, destruction of evidence, false alibi, perjury or any number of other forms of obstructing justice.
This is a lot easier to accomplish if the criminal knows exactly what evidence the prosecutor has.
Also, the corollary is true: if a criminal believes there is no evidence or only weak evidence - he may let down his guard and engage in risky behavior.
Then there is this...

(c) Hearsay. “Hearsay” means a statement that: (1) the declarant does not make while testifying at the current trial or hearing; and (2) a party offers in evidence to prove the truth of the matter asserted in the statement.

WATERMARKS, you say? Hmmm. Seems I’ve heard that somewhere before LOL.

Watermarks, at least for some legal documents like college transcripts, are just one of several features designed to prevent forgeries. Long ago I worked at a college. The paper used to print transcripts was watermarked with the school logo. In addition, there transcript paper was locked in a safe. Besides the logo, an embossed stamp was also applied to any official transcript request.
The school treated this stuff seriously as obviously if ‘fake’ or forged transcripts were treated as real, then the value of actual transcripts could plummet to zero.
“All of them”
Because they threw away the other 1800 for Trump
Gotcha
p
It’s hearsay because it is a statement that is not made during the trial or hearing at which it is offered. It was written and signed before the trial, out of court. That makes it hearsay under the definition in Rule 801(c).
The reason affidavits are inadmissible hearsay is, while the affiant is under oath, the judge or jury can’t see or hear the witness testify. Hearing the witness and observing his face and body language is a major part of evaluating a witness’s credibility. Also, an affidavit cannot be cross-examined.
Again, affidavits can be used in many pre-trial proceedings, such as a motion for summary judgment where the only issue is whether a party has some evidence and the judge is not required to weigh its credibility. But they generally, with some exceptions. can’t be used at trial or at an evidentiary hearing where the judge or a jury has to weigh the evidence and make findings of fact.
I believe by law they have to maintain the ballots for 2 years. Lets see the ballots !
(e)(1) says that it is no longer hearsay if the witness testifies at trial.
Over one million absentee ballots distributed to GA
May 8, 2020
(ATLANTA)-Georgia election officials, working with Dominion Voting and Runbeck Election Services, have sent more than one million absentee ballots to Georgia voters for the June 9 primary election. The new development underscores the speed and efficiency with which county election officials are processing absentee ballot requests and the excellent work of the mail vendors and the U.S. Postal Service to get the ballots in the mail and delivered to voters.

Phoenix, Arizona (August 31, 2020) – Runbeck Election Services (Runbeck), an elections services company focused on delivering election printing, equipment and software solutions, announced it has installed 11 new BB700 S2 high-speed inserters adding to the five inserters currently in operation. With this additional equipment, Runbeck now has the ability to manufacture 1.5 million ballot packets each day. In comparison to the 3.8 million ballot packets produced for the 2016 general election, Runbeck estimates they will print and mail 15 million ballot packets for the 2020 general election.
“We have been planning operations for the 2020 election for several years. When the coronavirus pandemic began to hit the United States, we foresaw the increased need for vote-by-mail and immediately placed the order to purchase additional inserters from W+D North America,” said Jeff Ellington, President and COO at Runbeck. “The 11 new inserters are successfully installed, and we stand ready to execute our operations for the general election.”

BlueCrest and Runbeck Election Services Team up to Tackle Vote-by-Mail Surge
September 23, 2020
With the expansion of Vote-by-Mail during the global coronavirus pandemic, BlueCrest and Runbeck Election Services have teamed up to help their clients meet the surge in mail-in ballot printing, inserting, and sorting.
Runbeck expanded its Vote-by-Mail operations in 2006 when Arizona decided to provide greater access to mail voting for its constituents. Since then, Runbeck has steadily built its equipment footprint to include the BlueCrest Vantage Sorter with new Mixed Mail Stackers. In anticipation of the 2020 election, Runbeck’s upgrade to the Vantage Sorter by BlueCrest increased their output from 24,000 pieces-per-hour to 50,000 pieces-per-hour, all while reducing the footprint of the machinery.
“With the increase in demand for mail ballots this year, we decided to bring in the Vantage with Mixed Mail Stackers by BlueCrest a year earlier than we planned in order to get the extra power we needed to get through the November election,”
This is very interesting, thanks for posting.
When my FIL was going to vote on Nov 3, we had a rough time getting an absentee ballot mailed to him. The elections director for my county said the ballots were coming from AZ and had no tracking numbers.
We did finally get the ballot but barely in time for him to vote.
I understand Lin Woods is asking for Military personel to come forward and witness that are from Fulton County.
If you KNOW someone from there that voted for Trump.... contact them if at all possible!!!!
“ saw” is not good enough
Need to actually produce the evidence
Former (e)(1) (now 801(d)(1)) only allows the use of a witness’s prior statements to impeach the witness or to rebut impeachment or to rehabilitate the witness after impeachment. It does not allow the use of the witness’s prior statements generally.
Thanks! I may be naive but it would seem an easy, though tedious, task to find what candidate these “extra” paper ballots went to.
If all 900 military ballots in Fulton County were “for Biden”- I swear anything is possible. The likelihood of that is damn close to zero.
