Attorney Sidney Powell filed a 104-page lawsuit in Georgia alleging massive voter fraud in the 2020 election.
Sidney Powell’s lawsuit contained allegations of numerous irregularities, anomalies, old fashioned “ballot stuffing,” violations of Georgia’s Election Code, unlawful audit procedures and use of voting machines to manipulate votes.
Many witnesses testified they saw ballots marked for President Trump being put into Joe Biden piles and pre-printed “pristine” ballots that went 100% for Joe Biden.
One affiant testified they saw “counterfeit” ballots with darker colored watermarks that went 100% to Joe Biden.

but, unlike verbal/live testimony, it’s not subject to cross X....so in that regard, no.
but since it’s written, seems to me that it is more precise and careful and should be read precisely and carefully
signing an affidavit and if it proves to be fraudulent you are in a lot of trouble. You are just mincing words and you are just another one of the people here that do not want Trump to succeed. You're right, "testimony" is not correct.
That said, it's not "so misleading" and you shouldn't ignore the point.
A person who signs an affidavit will almost always testify the same in court.
Sounds like Biden team of criminals fell into a Trump Trap.

I love Powell. But why did she not bring all this up in a State court before going to the federal court? Or she could even had brought them in parallel. Barnes and a couple of other pretty reputable attorneys are saying the federal courts will throw these out for lack of standing. It has already happened to Lin Wood.
