So far, President Trump and his team have yet to prove the election results were a scam even to 3 Republican pointed judges in Pennsylvania who tossed his latest lawsuit. I think the final decision will be what happens to Powell’s lawsuit in Georgia. If that goes down in flames, that could, unfortunately, do it.
Just because truth is not acknowledged doesn’t mean it isn’t there.
Personally I believe personal cowardice is a big part of these and many other Judges responses to this sham of an election. They fear for their lives after seeing the animals on the Left basically operate with impunity as they destroy property and attack whomever they disagree with.
For some reason, the 3rd Circuit judges, Milsap, Wonder and Keller were unable to see the clear evidence of fraud.
Our judicial system is incredibly corrupt. It needs to go to SCOTUS to see if they are honorable.
I’m more and more convinced that this entire election was a giant sting operation devised to destroy the democrat party and the deep state.
Oh I don’t think so....this will ultimately be appealed to Scotus. Throwing out a case isn’t a bad thing in that respect.
I hope all of the FR posters that advocate boycotting the Georgia US Senate elections take note of what Trump is saying.

I would think there were sufficient procedural irregularities to toss the election in PA based on the precedent of Bush v. Gore. The state Supreme Court and executive ignored the clear legal requirements stipulated by the state legislature. Why the panel threw out Giuliani's lawsuit is unclear, unless he screwed the pooch on the legal argument completely, which is unlikely. I would guess the three judge panel is simply punting, but doing so quickly, knowing this would wind up before SCOTUS anyway.
The substantive fraud argument is more difficult to prove because it involves facts that have to be established, and have to be established well enough to show conclusively that Trump won. It's doable, but much more involved.
I don't think that any judge will have the stones to do the right thing even if they are given video of Biden himself filling out fake ballots for himself and burning real Trump ones. They'll reason internally that the loss of confidence in our electoral system plus the leftist violence and mayhem that will result outweigh the rule of law and like scared little cucks they will bend the knee to ANTIFA and ask them to please not riot, you can have Biden.

It IS imperative to get the Republican senators there and to get them there the Georgia run-off must be fair - no Dominion Voting machines and signature matching on mail-in ballots. Otherwise this election will be stolen, too.

Alito is one justice out of 9. Breyer, Kagan, Sotomayor, and Roberts are locks to side with Biden regardless of the merits of the arguments Trump brings forward. Alito and Thomas will side with the law and the constitution. Jury remains out on Amy Comey Barrrett. But the ones to watch are Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. I think they are both wobbly, sometimes on the correct side but not reliably so. They only need one.
