I think the final decision will be what happens to Powell’s lawsuit in Georgia. If that goes down in flames, that could, unfortunately, do it.

I don't think that any judge will have the stones to do the right thing even if they are given video of Biden himself filling out fake ballots for himself and burning real Trump ones.
