For some reason, the 3rd Circuit judges, Milsap, Wonder and Keller were unable to see the clear evidence of fraud.
Our judicial system is incredibly corrupt. It needs to go to SCOTUS to see if they are honorable.

The defeat this morning in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals was sad, but not surprising.
The opinion was handed down by two judges, one appointed by Trump, the other by W. Bush. The SCOTUS will likely not hear the case, and if they do, they will likely NOT overturn, and if they do, it will have no consequence.
I don’t blame the judges. I blame Giuliani. He amended the lawsuit, butchering it, and throwing out more than half the allegations. Then he botched the oral arguments, then appealed the wrong question.
It is almost as if he was intentionally trying to derail this lawsuit.
Please Mr. President, fire Giuliani and bring back Sidney Powell.
