The defeat this morning in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals was sad, but not surprising.
The opinion was handed down by two judges, one appointed by Trump, the other by W. Bush. The SCOTUS will likely not hear the case, and if they do, they will likely NOT overturn, and if they do, it will have no consequence.
I don’t blame the judges. I blame Giuliani. He amended the lawsuit, butchering it, and throwing out more than half the allegations. Then he botched the oral arguments, then appealed the wrong question.
It is almost as if he was intentionally trying to derail this lawsuit.
Please Mr. President, fire Giuliani and bring back Sidney Powell.
Correct. SCOTUS can't hear a case that isn't appealed. And it can't be appealed unless it's rejected by a district or lower appellate court.
I think he’s been represented very poorly by Ellis and Giuliani to be honest in all court filings they have yet to allege vote fraud either they know it happened and can’t prove it or they are trying their best to sow discord cause vote fraud could be proven in about 10 minutes by simply using Benfords Law
Okay ya all... I was not going to put any more money that we are coming hard by right now, into GA election.
However after reading the messages from our President I am thinking that I need to give one more last push over this finish line.....
I DO feel we need these GA Senators to win.
