I've always believed that voting laws need to go before SCOTUS to get them tightened up, for instance, mandating Voter ID and abolishing ballot harvesting (legal in California).

There is a hue and cry for Trump to concede and legalize a hoax election; to abide, as it were, by the Constitution and allow the very ones to come to power who have publicly acknowledged that they intend to do away with the Constitution.

There has to be, in the “penumbra” of the Constitution, a law that makes it illegal to surrender the government of the United States by ratifying a blatant coup against the United States.

If the dems get away with the theft of this election, the Republic is dead.

For one thing, it will give the dems a green light to take both of those senate seats in GA. The dems will then have the presidency and both houses of Congress. Ask CA how that is working out for them. Dems are already saying that they intend to ram through gun control, climate idiocy, mass amnesty for illegals, statehood for PR and DC, and they intend to pack the Supreme Court. What would stop them?

Second, the blatant (and I mean right in our faces and laughing abut it) theft of the election destroys faith in our elections if allowed to stand. Why even bother voting anymore? Our government would be illegitimate in the eyes of a large portion of our citizens, and rightfully so.

Placing faith in 2022 or 2024 to "fix" this situation is delusional. I remember hearing the phrase; "Win by a large enough margin so they can't cheat." Well, it looks like we did...until they stopped counting and brought in truckloads of fraudulent votes.

What is the remedy? Are we just supposed to roll over and "vote harder next time"?

Probably from a more difficult postion, one constrained by law enforcment on our side, as the commies are allowed to riot by local governments.

Why did Trump do nothing consequential about voter fraud for four years BEFORE the election?

At the very least, we should have been totally prepared for fraud attempts in WI, MI, and PA.

And, after the 2018 Stacey Abrams fiasco, we should have been totally prepared for fraud in Georgia.
