Wast just informed by my boss I will be asked to go home if I don't wear a mask while on premise.
Informed him of my anxiety condition and he said get a doctors note.
Informed him the are I work in is 900 Square feet and I am generally the only person in that office and "the rules" say I am exempt from a mask under those conditions.
"Go tell your king newsom but, that is the way it is" he replied.
"If you have to wear a mask at the grocery store, you can wear one at work" was another answer.
Mthfkr! When I go to a grocery store I am in and out. I don't shop for a full weeks groceries anymore because I cannot have that damn thing on for very long without getting highly anxious.
Regardless, you are imposing a draconian measure where there, even if this whole thing is a fraud, clear rules such as:
If you are interacting with another person and within six (6) feet of each other.
If you cannot maintain a distance of more than six (6) feet you are required to wear a mask.
and On and On
1. I do not work near anyone at all. Colleagues are in another room. My desk is 25-30 feet away from my office door.
2. I do not have to interact with them to even do my job.
3. I can totally do my job out of the office. One wonders why they handed me a laptop and a cell phone.
I completed an order just the other day without coming to the office.
You're an angry trouble maker here and apparently you are one at work too.........
Wearing a surgical mask is no imposition at all—you barely notice it’s there. An N95 is better, but a bit more effort to breathe through.
I ordered these for a friend who has asthma, they were recommended to me from someone who wears one 8 hours a day and says that it really makes a big difference. He made his on a 3D printer.

I got a three layer “tighty whitey” mask free from United on my last flight. I cut out two layers and coffee stained it. I then drank coffee through it in front of people. I’m thinking of adding mustard and ketchup stains.
When I absolutely, positively have to wear a mask, that is the one I don. Usually nobody notices I’m not covering my nose, but they’re getting wise.

This mask fits well around your HIPPA.
You could also simply get another job, if you don’t want to follow your employer’s rules.

If a doctors note is required, get a note from a friendly doctor and show it.
I know it sucks, if it’s not worth losing your income over.”
With all due respect. This is why we are losing.
Family members are speech therapists. They ordered masksfrom this place, and really like them.

And they don’t fog your glasses.
Breathless and blind is no way to go through life!
LOLOL!!

Your compliance is appreciated, comrade.
Balaclava. I used to wear one when bicycle commuting in the winter. You can breathe through them no sweat. Google it.
And as a bonus, you can use it to make unauthorized withdrawals at the bank.
F*** every person like you Karen.
But only if the poster in question can prove the disability, hence the request for the doctor's note.
A neck gaiter. I wear one while fishing to keep the sun reflecting on the water from burning me up. Along with hat, glasses and lightweight longsleeves.
Very breathable.

Thank you. Someone who gets it.
I was going to make a comment but figured somebody is going to actually do it without me mentioning it and I didn’t want to be connected to it.
I have to gone to town now, I need some stamps from the postal office.
BINGO!
My brother is an electrical engineer with a tech company...maybe 150 employees. Extreme rules have been put in place by HR, and they readily hint (from HR, not the chief) that if you don’t obey the rules...easily dismissed.
Course, the company went and offered up home-office hours to the max. In a whole month, I doubt if my brother has worked more than 40 hours in the building.
The problem here...the virus ‘sticks’ to surfaces and in a cooler environment...they stick longer. So just one single idiot with a group of three....in an area built for 30 employees....could easily go and deliver the virus to the surfaces.
Maybe in a warehouse, or in a tire-shop...you could skip the mask business. But in an office or work-shop...it’s a problem.
Take a standard blue mask and peel two layers out. It's like wearing nothing.
