Wearing no mask is even more like wearing nothing. When I go into a store, I have a mask in my pocket (a blue mask with the two white layers removed), but I don’t wear it. None of the store employees seems to care around here. If one of them insists, I’ll wear the mask or leave, depending on the employee’s level of courtesy.
Karens have no authority, and the most polite response one of them gets is a curt recommendation to mind its own business. Actually, it’s even more fun to feign incomprehension until Karen lowers his or her mask.
