Circuit Courts have been Reassigned: Justice Clarence Thomas to Georgia

Chief Justice John Roberts has reassigned the Supreme Court Justices to new Districts. Effective November 20, 2020, ordered pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 42.

To highlight the changes…
GA – Clarence Thomas
MI – Brett M. Kavanaugh
WI – Amy Coney Barrett
PA – Samuel A. Alito

Lin Wood plans to file an appeal to the Eleventh Circuit Court. This is regarding his lawsuit over the litigation settlement, involving Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, and the Georgia Democratic Party.

Questionable Settlements

Mr. Raffensperger a former Johns Creek City Councilman isn’t new to questionable settlements. He voted for the highly contentious LED Billboard settlement, that brought aggressive tree removal, visual blight, and night sky pollution to residential communities. In addition, that settlement had many unethical issues.

Lastly, here is a map of the Circuit Court assignments.

Elena Kagan’s record has been more encouraging that Roberts’ at this point. She is more fair minded than people give her credit for. And she’s not as woke as Sotomayor.

Yep SCOTUS judges are kind of like National Signing Day in College Football, or the NFL Draft.

You think you’ve signed a great class or had a great Draft, only to find out down the road, it didn’t turn out like you hoped.

I was going to post something very similar. This is a non-issue. I think each justice was given a choice and most of them ended up with their preferred choice. There’s nothing sinister in these assignments.

Where should I go to review the details of that analysis?

It had to be reassigned. RBG died and ACB is a new Justice. Clarence Thomas had Georgia before the new assignments. kagan has the same as before...it’s not changed that much. Roberts always has had what he has today. There were a few changes which was expected with RBG dead. Alito got NY which was RBG and several others.

I agree, there’s not much significance to these assignments, Amy Barrett got her 11th circuit, from whence she came. I also think these assignments are not the sole providence of Roberts, the others get a say in who goes where. At first I was concerned that Roberts was giving dome signal that he understands the evidence and has some sympathy but then I recalled that the other justices get a say. So Roberts, go bah-fawn- goolah

Have you ever heard of a SCJ morphing right?

Yesterday on his Youtube show, Scott Adams suggested that the conservative justices being assigned these jurisdictions might give a patina of respectability when they each turn down the President’s challenges to the Great Election DeceptiCon of 2020.

He says the SC is more interested in the Republic than the Law and that they would install Biden in order to avoid the chaos and rebellion that would ensue a Trump victory in the Courts.

Sounds plausible to me. Roberts clearly does not care about the Law as written, since he appointed himself Chief Legislator a few years ago.

I trust the President, his family, Giuliani, Powell and some of his lawyers and allies but precious few others in the circle of governing elites or their puppet masters behind the curtain.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Neither Biden or Kamala could get a single delegate when they ran for president in 2016. Biden was unable to get 10 voters to his campaign events after the public learned about his child rapist son’s activity selling out to China and holding father Joe’s cut of the payout.
Biden didn’t win. The majority of the public overwhelmingly voted for Trump because many on the left fled Biden once they discovered the actions of the Biden crime family.
The SC won’t be able to ignore the mountain of evidence, including hundreds if not thousands of election employees giving first hand evidence, electronic data etc.
Scott Adams is lending his voice to the attempt to hand America to China’s Manchurian Candidate. It’s illogical for him to suggest throwing the election to Biden in the face of the president’s majority support and evidence could not lend dignity to the SC.
I’ve been watching “conservative” Adams a bit over the last two weeks, and yesterday’s podcast when he said this went over like a lead balloon.
The chat session went wild with ‘Scott you’re completely wrong on this’ posts.
To cave on the election fraud is to guarantee even more shenanigans on 1/6/21 in GA, Nov 2022 and certainly Nov 2024. Scott is off in wonderland in thinking we can correct any of this with a Bitem “presidency”.
Thanks for the encouraging words. Adams tends to get a bit overly analytical and rational, overthinking in his rap. Mostly to impress his own self, I’d guess.
I shall hope that what you said will be how it turns out.
To truly care about the Republic would be to ensure that the electoral process is fair and transparent.
“it’s not changed that much”
Another site that posted here regularly (every couple of hours) hype this story a couple of days ago, and Alex Jones hype it last night.
People are desperate for good news concerning Trump’s re-election. Many 3rd rate websites are taking advantage of this by hyping headlines to generate web traffic.
This headline hyping is quickly discrediting any stories/evidence that might support President Trump.
Thomas already had GA and Kavanaugh already had PA. Kavanaugh also had WI before it was handed over now to Barrett.
The only “gain” of a swing state for the GOP appointees, is MI, going from Sotomayor to Kavanaugh.
These would only come into play for temporary stays. Not really a big deal.
Although the image of Thomas tossing off the bird at Biden does see like karma to me.
