Circuit Courts have been Reassigned: Justice Clarence Thomas to Georgia

Chief Justice John Roberts has reassigned the Supreme Court Justices to new Districts. Effective November 20, 2020, ordered pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 42.

To highlight the changes…
GA – Clarence Thomas
MI – Brett M. Kavanaugh
WI – Amy Coney Barrett
PA – Samuel A. Alito

Lin Wood plans to file an appeal to the Eleventh Circuit Court. This is regarding his lawsuit over the litigation settlement, involving Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, and the Georgia Democratic Party.

Questionable Settlements

Mr. Raffensperger a former Johns Creek City Councilman isn’t new to questionable settlements. He voted for the highly contentious LED Billboard settlement, that brought aggressive tree removal, visual blight, and night sky pollution to residential communities. In addition, that settlement had many unethical issues.

Lastly, here is a map of the Circuit Court assignments.

Even though the first sentence of the article states that the Chief Justice makes SC assignments, there were anonymous comments on the article sneering that President Trump reassigned the judges to throw the election.

This is what Lin Wood referred to when he said the sc was being aligned in one interview.

Funny, TOTAL Political Alignment.

Montana needs to join the 8th to get Justice.

Alita and Thomas were already there. I posted the reassignments from 2018.

I have no idea how many years they have had those assignments

Barrett got hers because that is where she was a Judge.

Roberts is not a total Traitor [though he reserves the center of The Swamp for his own self...]?

The comments are nonsense. The President doesn’t set the Circuit Assignment, the Chief Justice does.

Moreover, Clarence Thomas has had jurisdiction over Georgia (the 11th Circuit) for a LONG, LONG time. Nothing has changed there.

The only changes that were made were made because of Justice Ginsburg’s death and Barrett’s arrival to the Court.

Roberts moved Sotomayor to the 2nd Circuit, which Ginsburg previously had.

Sotomayor had previously been responsible for the 10th Circuit, which was moved to Gorsuch, as well as the 6th Circuit, which was moved to Kavanaugh.

Kavanaugh, who had previously been assigned to the 7th Circuit, also took on the 8th Circuit, ceding the 7th Circuit to Barrett.

Take a look at WHY these assignments were made.

Alito has the 3rd Circuit (where he previously worked as a Court of Appeals Judge)

Sotomayor has the 2nd Circuit (where she previously worked as a Court of Appeals Judge)

Gorsuch has the 10th Circuit (where he previously worked as a Court of Appeals Judge)

Barrett has the 7th Circuit (where she previously worked as a Court of Appeals Judge)

Breyer has the 1st Circuit (where he previously worked as a Court of Appeals Judge)

Roberts has the DC Circuit and the 4th Circuit (previously worked as a Judge in the DC Circuit)

Thomas has the 11th Circuit (He was born in Georgia)

Kagan and Kavanaugh are the only two judges that don’t have a Circuit that they aren’t really connected with.

Is this an annual or rotating assignment, e.g., business as usual, or is this an unusual move?

Roberts is completely sold out to the establishment. The Court is only 5-4 Conservative.

He only made the assignments because that’s where most of the judges previously worked on the Court of Appeals.

There is no “there” there.

The assignments get shuffled when a new member comes to the court.

Raffensberger, Duncan and Kemp are nothing but money grubbing whores.

Three people, along with their puppet masters, who have made the decision to turn Georgia sharply to the Left.

Duncan wants to make Georgia the “tech capital of the East”, his words. I doubt he’s asked many Georgians about what that demographic shift would mean for the state, given the other “tech hubs” in the country are radical Left.

Raffensberger seems to be unable to fight, nor want to fight, for the people but instead roll over and play dead for Stacy Abrams and all the radical Leftists moving into the state.

Kemp....just a plain ol’ moron. But, he is wanting an audit of signatures, apparently. Something the President has wanted all along. Wonder if recent statements from Powell, et al, about how flagrant that the fraud was, has anything to do with that.

The rest of the political machine in Georgia is just a microcosm of DC. Make money from whoever and leave once you have enough. For the scumbags in Georgia, it means moving to Lake Oconnee or somewhere along the coast, like Sea Island, leaving a disaster behind you.

Might be shuffling due to adding a new justice.

Yes, TexasGurl24, above, points that out. So, nothing news here. Living in the 9th circuit, I sure wish it was someone other than Kagan.

Alito and Kav each get two.

Roberts gets three.

Wow. You know a great deal about all the players on the top team. The heavy hitters, the low ballers, those who like to bunt and the ones usually found in Left Field. I definitely don’t unless I make an effort.

That is very interesting.

Meh.

It looks fairly similar to the previous assignments.

The reassignments were done because RGB is gone and ACB is added.

Roberts (Yuck) did the assignments.

Kagan is assigned to NV and AZ.

The assignments probably won't matter when you have potential cases as important as an presidential election. All those case will be expedited and brought before the court.

I put the Court at 3:1:2:3 [hopefully the last segment is three - we’ll soon see].

Elena Kagan has a better fair minded record than Roberts at this point. And she presides over Arizona’s circuit.
