(Vanity) Bannon's War Room: Kirkland Ellis, no long representing PA SoS
Vanity ^ | November 20, 2020 | ConservativeInPA

I went looking for an article or tweet on this and did not find anything so I am just posting a vanity.

Kirkland Ellis, one of the law firms representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Secretary of State has stepped down. They are no longer representing the SoS. This comes after employees of Kirkland Ellis threatened members of President Trump's legal team and their families.

The Trump Campaign asked a court for sanctions against Kirkland Ellis earlier in the day. The Marxist Judge did not find in favor of the Trump Campaign. I suspect that the evidence of physical threats was so great that Kirkland Ellis saw the writing on the wall and knew that an appeal was eminent and would find against them. (How is that for spin? Maybe Fox News or CNN would hire me given the last sentence is pure speculation on my part.)

This just from Trump attorney Jay Sekulow on Newsmax's America Right Now.:

"We have got lawsuits likely to be filed in Georgia on either Monday or Tuesday; I can't get into the details. ...
I can't tell you right now, but what's coming in Georgia will be shocking, when we file this in federal court Monday or Tuesday," Jordan Sekulow told host Tom Basile. "It's nothing that we have talked before. It's not what you heard in the press conference [Thursday] either.
"This is something completely separate."

Sounds to me like they will argue bribes, kickbacks or other corruption in GA in federal court.

I wrote federal preemption and meant to write about the abstention doctrine and federalism concerns.

The contents of the voicemail have not been made public....”

I'm pretty sure I read, buried in some pleading, that physical violence was threatened.
