Perhaps if some business owners would sue their respective states for a taking without just compensation as required by the Constitution these lockdowns might end quickly

I think lawsuits should be filed on these grounds, but those that have been filed haven’t had much success. That doesn’t mean that it’s not worth trying, though. Maybe find somebody who wants to do it pro bono on or a contingency fee?
The courts will not save you. Only the various state legislatures can reign in their governor’s emergency powers. Yet those legislators are quite happy to avoid responsibility by passing the buck to the executive.

Restraint of Interstate Trade is a FEDERAL violation and should be filed in a Federal Court.
How about the right of the people to peaceably assemble? The current restrictions on Thanksgiving family gatherings is intended to keep people from talking about the election fraud. The governors are not going to let go of their new powers. You can just see them bragging to their friends about how they kept all the Christians from going to church hahahahaha and the families from having more than 6 people in the house hahahahahaha those stupid peons hahahahaha. You know they are not doing door dash for their dinners.
The lawsuit should be against the governors personally, since they are acting outside of the authorities of their offices.

Takings lawsuits have been filed since the lockdowns began, and I think some of them (particularly bars) have a good argument, but so far I have not heard of anyone actually recovering any compensation.
My family will do what we have always done. Ignore the government bureaucrats and nanny staters. You won't see any masks or social distancing in our home.

SCOTUS has indeed recognized that a suit under 42 USC 1983 is available for violation of the Dormant Commerce Clause. It could be filed in state court as well, because they have concurrent jurisdiction to hear most federal claims, but would be subject to removal to federal court.
I have a feeling these Thanksgiving restrictions will be widely ignored and I enforced. There may be fewer big gatherings, but I suspect that is mostly because air travel is such a PITA now.

As the virus spreads, begin testing citizens and furnish the media bogus infection rate & death statistics with which to scare the public.
Use the bogus stats to impost a LOCK-DOWN.
Use the lock-downs as the rationale for an EASILY MANIPULATED national wholesale VOTE BY MAIL scheme.
Between vote-by-mail ballot harvesting and computer manipulation of the in-person votes of those brave souls who got to the polls, Trump wouldn’t stand a chance and WE and our DEEP STATE, CORPORATE, SILICON VALLEY, GLOBALIST OLIGARCH allies will be back in power to resume our program to convert America to our long dreamed of Marxist socialist paradise.
