I think that his role is PR. He isn’t licensed to practice law in any of the states probably. I don’t think you want him in court at this point anyway. He hasn’t seen a courtroom in decades.

I think Rudy is coordinating segments of the operation, and acting as spokesman, not preparing or arguing cases. I may be wrong.
I have a theory.. that they have been purposely losing many of these early cases, to make the greater case later that all the mail in votes should be tossed, since they will have all been mixed together at that point, and with a trail of requests by the trump team that had asked for them to be kept separate.

The lawsuits were filed this week’s Monday regarding overall election fraud in several states. They have not been processed yet, thus none lost.
The cases that were lost were pre election day cases involving the vote count or the election process (mail in’s).
Trump has a battery of lawyers that are processing these cases. Rudy’s job is that of public relations, to tell the public what’s going on. He’s not the Lone Ranger lawyer out there.
You speak with such negativity, OK, many do. But back up your rash statement. Which post election day cases has the Trump Team lost? Which states?
