It might be a great idea with a few modifications to the show.
No host. No supplies. Let each person chose three items from a big pile of stuff like Survivorman does.
Turn on the cameras and leave them on the island for 90 days. Everyone still living when the boat gets back gets an equal share of the million dollars.

This year they had 4 black people.
One was Black/Asian Male
One was Black Male
Two Black Females.
The two males are not speaking to the black female because
1. She called one of them an Uncle Tom
2. She didn’t think Black/Asian is black enough
They are going to want to vote in a Black Group and it wont go over well.
