I could be wrong, but I think Powell talks about the Dominion software, which would appear to be different.

He says that auditing controls exist to prevent Hammer and Scorecard. Well, they flipped that tiny Michigan county back. But what I think he’s generally referring to would be a comparison of recorded votes and transmitted votes; this would be what would be discovered in canvassing. That hasn’t happened yet; that Michigan county was discovered because it was so absurd that people were flooding the internet with questions about how the most Republican county in the state voted for Biden in a landslide.
But Hammer & Scorecard were set up long before, I say Chris Krebs doesn’t know what the heck he is talking about.

I believe the general claim is that Dominion software uploaded a last-minute patch, which supposedly was Hammer and Scorecard.

Georgia had an upload to its system a day before the election. That’s very strange.
But only hear Georgia.
We know that Dems cheat. They know that they cheat. They say “every vote counts” knowing that many of them are fraudulent. The media goes along with their dishonest mantra.
Even if the deep state didn’t execute Hammer and Scorecard per say, there are enough bad actors out there who know how to execute computer tampering and there are credible videos out there to explain how to do that. As will be shown, in addition to computer tampering, they manufactured additional ballots to make up the difference beyond that tampering. This two-fer must be exposed both in the medai and legally to overcome the negative push by the MSM that Biden was the winner.

Among other things, it exposes how CISA is complicit in the Election Engineering Software Fraud that lead to MILLIONS of false votes to Biden.

If there is a relationship between Dominion, Hammer and Scorecard then that’s good info.
For my part, I think the SW angle is very real. I don’t think I trust Krebs if he says he’s sure the SW is OK. I’m not buying that.
