This entire situation shows why Democrats were so radicalized about Supreme Court

It is now clear as to why the Democrats went completely crazy over the nomination of, and confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett. They KNEW they were going to cheat in the election and HAD to have the Supreme Court in their favor to throw out any challenge to vote manipulation to avoid conflict. She was a judge in whom there was no guile (to borrow a phrase from the Bible) and absolutely no questions about integrity.

The leftist coup of the government hangs in the balance because it is apparent this IS going to go to the Supreme Court because it is becoming OBVIOUS that there has been vote fraud and NOT because anyone lost. The largest evidence of vote fraud per the information we have to date is as follows:

1. The vote spike at the very last in two states (someone post charts please). This is VERY suspect in that thousands of votes were "found" for Biden and from reports, not one for any other candidate. Research would show once elections trend in a certain direction, there is NEVER a sudden shift in a different direction.

2. Blocking legal poll watchers from polling places and in one case throwing them out. That CLEARLY indicates fraud.

3. The Democrat Party suddenly calling for counting every vote (as if they wouldn't be counted) prior to the end of the electoral process and wanting to keep counting votes that were brought in that should have been in on time.

4. The mess in Detroit where all of these vehicles pull up with "extra" votes.

This must be investigated because faith in the electoral process will be destroyed because of the MASSIVE irregularities.

We are on the edge of major conflict over this. Whoever is involved in cheating of ANY kind must be tried and punished. ANYONE. When it comes to determining government, cheating leads to war.

Do I think they cheat in Philadelphia and other cities? Yes.

But the assumption they cheat in every state we lose. Then how did we win those states by small margins 4 years ago?

They probably cheat, but all this about hanging all the guilty parties - has never happened at least not in recent history.

Once ballots are counted it’s very hard to get those votes rejected.

You need an issue like the one probably going to the Supreme Court in PA. And you need to win.

Imho in AZ people obviously didn’t like McSally and that put Trump in danger.

PA is loaded with liberals, RINOS and urban voters.

She died when a 4-4 Roberts nullification became the only option to a 5-4 loss. It could give them this election.

Now why not mix a credible number of Trump ballots in - well if you want 100,000 Biden votes and you turn them in 65-35 Biden / Trump or some credible ratio like that then you need not 100,000 but 330,000 fraudulent votes. 100,000 is just so much easier. Easy way out proves fraud. Of course an extra 330,000 fraudulent ballots might attract some attention too as it would have to be spread over multiple precincts that have already voted 110%.

Not so fast my friend. Good forensics can uncover it. The question is whether it will pay off. RINOs never wanted to pursue it because hey Dems, you stole one, we know it and you owe me something on the backside.

And it has to make a difference.

Here it is so obvious that the burden of proof shifts to the other side to prove it was an honest vote. And it matters, and we caught them stone cold, and the deal we want is that the man that one the presidency on all the legal votes is the President. Oh and fraudsters prosecuted and the system cleaned up so Mr. Biden masked man isn't alone with a bunch of votes.

Why were those city votes "dumped in" during the dark of night, 3 or 4am, while most are asleep? In Wisconsin and Michigan, those "dumps" reportedly went 100% for Biden. That is a glaring statistical anomaly that demands further review.

My fear is that the Trump Appointees will lean in the opposite direction just to prove they are not biased.

Roberts and ACB will be on the spot. I trust ACB only to follow the law, not to give me the result I want.

It’s a bitter pill for SCOTUS to be handed this sort of case; SCOTUS handled Bush v. Gore but practically vomited the decision out.

I would expect Roberts to go along with any 5-vote decision, making it 6-3 and striving for even more unanimity even than that. If the decision is 6-3 or especially if it’s 7-2, the legitimacy is vastly improved.

But if it’s 5-4 with ACB in the majority, some version of your scenario would play out.
