Once they dump ballots into the system, it’s difficult to prove anything fraudulent. Are they now separated from the outer envelope? Can you ask 35k people when they voted? Because you have to prove that specific ballots are invalid. You’re not going to get a confession by the dumpers. I agree it’s suspicious.
No one vomited out the Bush Gore decision, Renquist’s decision was quite decisive.
This isn’t 1960, or even 2000 - it’s 2020 and the forensic technology is quite advanced.There are, Republicans suspect, many thousands of ballots which were filled out by hand or else by some machine. If filled out by machine, that surely would be forensically detectable.
But in any case the DNA of the person who filled in the ballot should exist on the ballot, and no ballots should fail to have the unique DNA traces on them.
It should be EASY to detect the absence of unique-voter DNA on each ballot.
They have to save the envelops they need to have canvassers check the envelopes signatures, they need to check the envelope against the voter roles, there is a scan bar on the ballot itself AND the same scan bar on the envelope that is how you match the ballot to the envelope!!!
Ok and someone will ask 100,000 voters in the next couple weeks, and get the answers we want from them all?

America is at a tipping point for sure. If Trump wins through legal votes then America wins.

You are missing the point the ballots that are fraudulent will probably not be on the voter roles OR are possibly dead people OR have relocated and don’t live in the state any longer!! Canvassing the ballots against the voter rolls with prove the fraud!!

A DNA test of ballots sounds intriguing. I should think another round of signatures would be faster and deliver 90% of the accuracy of DNA. This is good out of the box thinking!
I doubt ACB recuses, if only because it sets a precedent.If she wants to chicken out, she’ll vote, IMHO, with Roberts without comment.
