Well I think conservatives have jobs. The Democratic Party can lean on blacks, especially black women to fill the void in entry level government jobs. The ends justifies the means for the left.
I’ve been voting for decades. In my (very BLUE area) most of election workers I’ve encountered have been retired white women and men. As the demographics have changed over the years, more of them have been Black people; but I haven’t seen that this has changed general conduct at all.

It takes place in the middle of a peaceful night, with
ballot fairies carrying in ballot boxes, spreading fairy dust everywhere and blessing the vote counters who are the most impartial and loving people that ever walked the face of the earth.
The counting takes place in a wonderful atmosphere
of love and kindness by Democrats, as their Republican fellow citizens are spared the tedium of counting votes all night long.
Yes, it would be a wonderful thing to watch if only there were other people to watch it.
So, say thank you to your Democrat neighbors for allowing the voting fairies to supervise the counting of the votes they magically bring to the counting centers, just as Comrade Stalin envisioned.
