Well I think conservatives have jobs. The Democratic Party can lean on blacks, especially black women to fill the void in entry level government jobs. The ends justifies the means for the left.
I’ve been voting for decades. In my (very BLUE area) most of election workers I’ve encountered have been retired white women and men. As the demographics have changed over the years, more of them have been Black people; but I haven’t seen that this has changed general conduct at all.
