I agree. In 2016, I told my husband that TPTB needed to make it a priority to put and end to voter fraud. I don’t even know what all that entails but I hope and pray that mechanisms are in place now. The smugness of some of these democrats, like Pelosi, has me on edge. Like they know something we don’t and it doesn’t even make sense when you compare the enthusiasm for Trump vs. zero enthusiasm for Biden.

Judge Roy Moore filed a lawsuit proving machine tampering in Alabama but a Democrat judge threw it out.
HAMMER and SCORECARD are part of a disinformation campaign.
If these applications ever existed as described, they would be completely out of date by now and ineffective. Moreover, in States that use paper ballots, basic audits would reveal discrepancies that would expose such activities.
It's a head fake.
The Democrat campaign plan is to undermine confidence in the election counts, file lawsuits, delay certifications, and perform "recounts" until their candidates are declared "winners". Same as it ever was. They have been quite open about their plans.
The primary risk is boxes of "found" ballots that appear by the truckload after the election deadline has passed. The usual 160% "turnout" in Democrat precincts will also be a factor as well as a stampede of "provisional" ballots from unverified sources.
A secondary risk is from logistical disruptions of polling places that will tend to prevent voters from casting their ballots. This would presumably eliminate more Republican than Democrat votes. (or maybe not)
The counter to the Democrat plan is to prevent the endless "recounts" and to de-certify States from the Electoral College if the lawsuits delay things past December 14.
Planned riots by ANTIFA and BLM forces must be quickly suppressed.

I admit not knowing much about Bannon before, but he has won my trust with his unrelenting drops of emails and documents from the HB laptop every day. I even wonder if the fallout between him and trump wasn’t so he could be working behind the scenes on this stuff. I feel the same way about Giuliani not taking the AG job. I think these guys were much more effective working “behind the scenes”

The problem is the feds ( like governments around the world), tend to really be good at all things fake, fraud, coercion, revision, rounding, stealing, thuggery, etc...
They are master’s.
Moscow, Beijing, Tehran, and Pyongyang simply do not have the ability to change an American ballot tally.
However, regardless of origin, non-US-loyal operatives within the anti-American, global socialist, *Joint DNC/IC/Mass Media/RINO Complex, can and will manipulate a tally of both hard paper ballots, as well as ballots within databases.
And they would then pound their chest behind closed doors, for taking down America.

You have that right. They stop at nothing and have been doing it for decades. Someone here used to make fun of me for talking about how Bing Crosby was involved in the fake porn tape fiasco that the US Govt. used to try to get rid of an Indonesia Leader. It is the stuff of legends. And still not all is quite known. For example, did they use a mask or not. The plot backfired.
I thought of that with all the Hunter Biden stuff. His misdeeds are in the hands of many an enemy. Probably used many times to blackmail Biden

All states using paper ballots put them through multiple phases of a scanning machine that first takes a picture of the signature and mark the ballot as received.
The second phase does an electronic comparison of the signature against the one on file - or other ones that exist from various sources.
The ballots are then read by machine, with the results stored in a way that election staff "cannot" get access until poll closing on election day.
Any ballots that have extraneous marks are then sent to a bipartisan team to determine voter intent, if possible.
Any signatures that cannot be verified are sent to people to manually check them - and to a bipartisan team if it still presents a problem.
There are a number of places along this "pretty good" pipeline where fraud can take place.
The ballot reader is a point of fraud. The single person verifying signatures that don't automatically match is a point of fraud. The votes being tallied prior to election day is a point of fraud if numbers can somehow be accessed.
As I said, the system if pretty good - but it's far from perfect - and this is in a state where they try to do a good job.

Obama used it in 2012. They used it on the Dem primary to get Biden. They tried to use it the night of 2016 election but something went wrong and General McInerny will not state why that happened.
Obama, Clapper, Brennan, Comey to name a few who created these software programs.
