Of course we can't wear Trump gear when we go vote, but we can wear red, right? Several of my family members are planning on wearing red shirts tomorrow when we go to vote.
BTW, when my daughter and son-in-law lived in Baltimore, the precinct workers were wearing Obama shirts and buttons and had a giant Obama poster on the wall. Illegal? Yes, but when did that stop the left.

Um, a small rock.
In 2018 SCOTUS ruled that citizens may wear anything they so desire when voting.
Wear your Trump gear proudly.
Just one in a long list of things that need to be restored, so America can be herself again.
I remember when people could state an opinion, or even get worked up into political arguments, without fear of retaliation. Now even a slogan on a hat or “wrong” color could trigger somebody to do something nefarious, if not outright violent.
The veneer of civilization is thin.
Take care, Trumpsters!
Make
America
Great
Infinitely
I’m not a football fan but you can bet that if for some reason I ever had to wear anything with a team logo, it would be the Redskins
Only if you leave your combat boots at home.
BTW, when my daughter and son-in-law lived in Baltimore, the precinct workers were wearing Obama shirts and buttons and had a giant Obama poster on the wall. Illegal? Yes, but when did that stop the left.
From CT Post:
Make American Great Again apparel or any other slogans Not prohibited
The only prohibition is having a candidates name or likeness, according to Gabe Rosenberg, spokesman for the Connecticut Secretary of the State.
Slogans are fair game. So yes, if you go to the poll center wearing a Make America Great Again hat....you will be allowed in without having to remove or cover your accessory.
Indeed! I’ll be wearing my camo ball cap with TRUMP on the front.
And the voter abuse hotline on speed dial.
Rim shot!
Or give the election judge an excuse to kick you out for "electioneering." Trump needs your vote more than he needs people to see your MAGA hat.
I looked in Indiana 2.5 years ago before I bought my townhome, downsized and stayed in IL. I guarantee you, if this "fair tax" passes I'll be looking at homes in NWI this weekend.
Told the GF that, she was NOT happy about it. Told her I was dead serious and that she oughtta get out of IL too because they're coming after her retirement.
Yes, things are insane. I read about a police officer who was disciplined for having an American flag in the background of a photo (I guess on social media?). Since when is can American citizens be punished for displaying the nation’s flag?
The Supreme Court overrules some moronic election judge
1. If you get kicked out of a polling place, what do you think the odds are that the Supreme Court hears your case at all, let alone in time for you to vote?
2. The Supreme Court has never held that it is unconstitutional for a state to prohibit clothing promoting a candidate by name or slogan in a polling place. They only held that a vague, broad prohibition of political clothing is unconstitutional.
Since Old Glory became a "Trump code".
Telling, isn't it.
American flag = President Trump = God Bless America
That's the last thing the enemy wants.
How appropriate that our President was born on Flag Day. You can't make this stuff up. God *always* gets there first to leave some sticky prints.
He really laid it on thick because if you look at the repeating annual Torah readings, that day's portion -- the day President Trump was born -- opened with the unusual section (Num 10:35-36) that is separated by the inverted nuns.
Num 1035. And it came to pass, when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, Lord, and let your enemies be scattered; and let them who hate you flee before you:
36. And when it rested, he said, Return, O Lord, to the many thousands of Israel:
On the wiki page about the inverted nuns are classic commentaries about what was deal about those verses, because they sure seemed out of place. Here is a small excerpt, which directs over to the "appropriate place":
Where is it its appropriate place? Rav Ashi says: "In the section dealing with the disposition of the Israelites according to their banners and their travelling arrangements" (Numbers 1:52-2:34, Shabbath 116a).
Num 1:52-2:34 is about the placement of the camps and their banners (flags).
Speaking of which:
Who here doesn't remember the big story marking the opening of the US Embassy in Jerusalem? May 14, 2018. Flags flags and more flags. Embassies and their flags.
Flags lining the streets.
Huge posters on buildings started to appear in Dec 2017 when the announcement was made to move the embassy. "God Bless Trump, from JerUSAlem DC (David's Capital) to Washington DC"
On the opening day, May 14, 2018, that "appropriate place" [with the flags] begins near the end of the reading. (In the translation on that page, v. 52 says "his division", but it is literally "his flag")
It's like what Haman's wise men and Zeresh his wife told Haman:
"If Mordecai be of the seed of the Jews, before whom thou hast begun to fall, thou shalt not prevail against him, but shalt surely fall before him."
God always has a little spring in His step while trumping His enemies.
Anyone reading this info drop should understand exactly why I keep up the treasure hunt. Going for the gold. Warehouse full! Plenty for all. Way too fun. There is no going back. Winning! :)
Try reading. The Supreme Court of the United States ruled in 2018 that citizens may not be limited in the clothing they wear to vote. Its called the first amendment.
Try reading the opinion. That is not what the Supreme Court held.
