Rural Alabama field report: Our little ward usually has a max of less than 400 votes, even in presidential elections. My husband texted me at 7:55 and said that he was #119.
Well, don’t expect over much out of “conservative political entertainment”. I’ve realixzed that every monologue of his contains a litany. Either the litany of “9 million more people out of work. Eleven million more people on food stamps. . .” or uh. . . you know, the thing. Not good to hear he’s turning wobbly though. I don’t like to spend fire attacking those on our side.
Hubby and I arrived at our polling place around 10:30am. Longest wait ever to vote but was complete in less than 20 minutes. Saw/heard Trump support! Went to lunch and struck up conversations with folks - ALL Trump supporters! They even appreciated Tina from twatter, “TRUMP 2020 mutthaf__kers!”
