I just got off the phone with a friend of mine who works for the US Postal Service. They were told today that ANY Pennsylvania mail ballot that arrives in a mailbox or anyplace else in the system must be forwarded to election officials by EXPRESS MAIL.
They've been given a corporate account number for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and each ballot that arrives must be placed in the overnight envelope and forwarded (at a cost of twenty-six bucks to the taxpayer!)
This includes fistfulls of ballots dropped in street mailboxes. Postal workers are having to repackage them and send them on as Express Mail to make sure they arrive right away.
Contact the police, the us Marshall’s, the local TV station, Hannity, Levin, take photos, get people on recordings.. CONTACT EVERYONE

Maybe I’m missing something. How is what you are describing “fraud?”

I don’t like it either—but I will say news breaks there early...saw a lot of the “peaceful protesting” over the past few months that was not covered anywhere else.

My guess is with all that has happened the last three years, President Trump has people doing and looking into things that we’ll never know about...He’s pretty smart...
Need to get as many Trump voters to the polls as you can on 11/3. If you know of Trump fans who aren’t registered, get them there, too, if you have same-day registration. You could probably start by offering rides on the PA chat board, the way I did on the MD board.
How is this fraud? If they are not separating the ballots and all get the same treatment.
It opens the door to fraud by allowing malevolent actors to deliver a large number of ballots into the mix quickly.

It happens all the time in every election. People procrastinate, suddenly realize that the election is about to occur, etc.
The Democrat governor has just figured out that in a typical election a couple of percent of ballots are not counted because they don't arrive in time. And since the Democrats pushed for their voters to vote absentee, and since Joe Biden has been telling all of his supporters how COVID-19 is out to get them, many of those ballots may have votes for Democrats on them.
So USPS, or the PA elections department is trying to get those ballots to the election offices in time for them to be counted.
That doesn't seem like fraud, just Democrat desperation.
Because the government of Pa. is ordering a Federal agency to collect ballots and send them out in Express packaging, which is not only circumventing the official mail process, but the cost is being passed down to the tax payers.
See my response to Alberta’s Child. The fact that anyone would wait until 72 hours before the polls open is suspicious. The fact that enough do this to rack-up overtime at the Post Office even more so.
Not fraud in and of itself but facilitates fraud.
Anyone wanting to do that could have already dumped truckloads of ballots into the system.

It sounds like USPS management is telling workers to expedite ballots at all costs....dirty little secret is that there is no real cost to the USPS.

Yes but they want to be able to dump a whole lot more quickly based on their calculations of where they stand.
They're not getting the same treatment. Other people's ballots had to go through the regular mail process. This new procedure is being applied to circumvent the regular process. How legal is it for a State government to pay for ballots to be delivered by express mail? As far as I'm concerned, that's interference just days before the election.
It’s basically putting the USPS into the vote harvesting business.
Hannity now has Robert Cahaly of Trafalgar Group on who says Trump has to be up 4-5 percent in PA to overcome the voter fraud there.
