Oppression and evil never seem to subside, they just change their branding to suite the times.

Oh, someone will own it. Just not you.

How do we get rid of these people. We are not PolPot or Stallin. We can’t kill off 2,000,000 of the top liberal opponents like they did. We have to separate. They can have West California, Oregon, New York city, and we get the rest. People take a pledge to support and defend the constitution or be forced to go live in one of those hell holes. This may not work, but we have to do something, because in 4 years we just have the same fight all over again.

Just like those really far out there Star Trek shows from the 60’s when the people all acted like zombies and just couldn’t understand “freedom”. The Youts of the world.

Did you just say "youts?" What is a "yout?"
(See: "My Cousin Vinny")

This might as well be their vision of 2,000. It hasn’t changed significantly. No property, a diminished USA, everyone’s a vegetarian, everyone is poor, but their happy! Yay socialism! blah blah blah. I guess not enough of us have died yet for them to realize their Utopian dream.

1. All products will have become services. “I don't own anything. I don't own a car. I don't own a house.

We're already heading this direction. Music? Owning music on CD is going the way of the 8-Track. I don't physically own any music. Like many people, I subscribe to pay services like Pandora and Apple. I like them. I can listen to what I want, when I want, and I don't have stacks of scratched CDs taking up space. The same for movies. Who owns DVDs? I'd rather pay $5 and stream it on Amazon. The quality is just as good. Software? I used to go and buy a CD-Rom of the Microsoft Office for $100. Now I pay a monthly fee to use the latest and greatest version.

I do own my own car and my own house but once a car is paid off, it's old and many people want a new one so the car payment never really goes away.

In other words, communism.

The state owns it all. Without any pride of ownership, who gives a sh!t about anything. Everything is run down and decrepit. People don’t strive to get ahead.

It’s basic human nature.

I watched a video the other day about distraut chinese apartment dwellers, given less than a day’s notice, watching their apartment building being torn down - furniture and all. Because they don’t own their apartment so the government can do what they want, when they want, and the people have no means of recourse. Another video about six months ago people might remember: the contents of student dorm rooms, personal possessions and all, thrown into the courtyard as garbage as China shut down the universities. Again, no recourse.

People who say you’ll be happier if you don’t own anything have either never interacted with a truly poor person, or a person who’s lost everything in a catastrophe, or has spent too much time listening to communist propagandists at the local Confucius indoctrination Center

They retweeted this earlier this month. A lot of YouTube channels and websites have been discussing this again lately.

I am fully expecting that a Biden Harris presidency would destroy my retirement savings.

Yet the ancient Greeks knew better. As Thucydides wrote, “the secret of happiness is freedom, and the secret of freedom, courage.”

In short, return to feudalism...at best. The Davos Gang lusts for a return to Rulers and Serfs.

What do you mean "my" retirement, tovarishch? Those resources will be remobilized for the benefit of the Glorious State.

Hogwash! Remember the Jetsons? How many years ago were we predicted to become them? So in 10 years nobody will own anything? What happens to all the 30 year mortgages? And so on, and so on. Mindless drivel. A narrow sliver of the population that could fit that description; the welfare world who own nothing and live off the government are nearly there already. But the doers and producers? Nah!

If nobody owns anything, then nothing is taken care of and nobody works.

Wouldn’t that otherwise be known, as a banana republic?
