Two recent reports, when combined, paint a dark pathway for America in the coming weeks, a nation set on fire by multiple contentious court battles and widespread daily protests.
The 79 Days Report, by the Claremont Institute and the Texas Policy Foundation, illuminates possible election legal battles on the horizon and how they might play out in the courts. The bottom line? The litigation will be time consuming and combative. There’s no fast forward button to speed up the process. It concludes:
On election night, the winner will not be known “due to millions of uncounted mail-in ballots in 6 battleground states.” Given there’s no clear victor, “intense court fights” can be expected that could result “in a struggle right up to the Jan. 6 joint session of Congress. Uncertainty could extend even beyond this as decisions for both the presidency and vice presidency are battled out in Congress and before the U.S. Supreme Court.” The second report, Hold the Line: A Guide to Defending Democracy, is a how-to manual for organizing massive protests, produced by a group of hard-left “researchers, organizers, and activists.” The report encourages people to early assemble into clusters, to identify the “power holders” they want to “influence,” and then make plans on how to achieve their goals.
The report calls for “large-scale protests,” if the Trump Administration and its allies prevent all votes from being counted, allows ballots to be tossed out, or fails to “remedy irregularities” in the voting.

This can be short-circuited in the next 48 hours. ACB gets seated tonight restoring the USSC to 9 seats. The PA GOP has filed a request to re-hear the 10/19 refusal to stay the 3-day extension to “count ballots” from PA. With ACB as the 5th vote, the stay will get a hearing.
In that hearing the Dems will argue that the “Purcell Principle” (read: not a law) prevents the USSC from making a ruling this close to an election. But, there are Federal laws mandating consistency in federal elections across the states. The USSC can order that all 50 states must have all ballots counted by a specific deadline (I’m good with midnight November 4).
Oh, and PA has a signature verification law on the books, so that PA SC ruling allowing that law to be ignored is about to get tossed.

And this was does purposefully to take down the government.
I think the signature verification law just got overturned by the PA Supreme Court. I could be wrong...it may have been another state, but I think PA was known for this law. But in any case, the court said the signatures didn’t have to match.
I honestly think this is just an attempt to suppress the GOP vote and I doubt that anything will happen, certainly not if Trump wins. They’ll be angry, but it will be too late for them to do anything about it, and they won’t be tolerated anymore.
If Biden wins, I can see a sort of victory dance where they will stomp on our heads, but I know that police departments all over the country are making plans for this. The important thing is to nip it in the bud.
The most difficult aspect of this is that the winner probably won’t be known on Election Day, something the Dems have worked hard to achieve, and this will give time for unrest. But there are plans for that and I don’t see it benefitting the left much to riot in the interim.
However, the narrative is scaring people and is meant to keep “day-of” voters, particularly older ones, away from the polls.
Don’t forget the doxing and violent threats of those electoral voters. We’ve seen it happen before, already.
Im predicting Election Day will be cancelled in the Blue States.

Yeah, order a couple of extra dozen donuts, that's the extent of their "plans". The police are and always were on the side of the rioters.
The EC votes on Dec 14. THAT is the constitutional deadline. That IS Election Day for President.
