Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

My father was born in 1910 and lost a sister to the flu then. He always said they had no access to antibiotics. Bacterial pneumonia and infections are well treated today with antibiotics. The Zpak with the HCQ treats the bacterial issues that take hold when immunity is compromised.

Then he comes to the microphone. He says that there are so many people there he can’t believe it. A dozen horns honk. Then he begins talking about his son BEAUX. Where did that come from. He pulls out a paper that he says reminds him of his son. No mention of HUNTER.
